You want a massage that treats your problem. Not just your symptoms.

So relief lasts longer than your hour on the table. And you are confident again in how your body feels and performs.

This isn't about just feeling good for an hour

You've probably had massage that felt great while it was happening...and there's nothing wrong with that. Feeling relaxed, calm, and cared for matters.

But if your tightness, stiffness, and pain keeps coming back, it's because your massage stopped at comfort.

Therapeutic massage goes a step further. Because your goal isn't just a good hour on the table. It's lasting improvement that carries into your day, your sleep, and your movement.

You should feel better during your session and notice it afterward.

Here's how we do it:

Your pain and your goals are assessed first—not ignored

We start with what hurts, what's not moving right, and what's driving your problem.

Your treatment is targeted, not routine

Each session focuses on the muscle and patterns actually contributing to your pain.

Your pressure and technique are intentional

Nothing is random, rushed, or "just because someone said deep tissue would feel great."

Your progress builds from session to session

Your goal is measurable, lasting improvement. Not repeating the same work forever.

Your own body's response guides the work

We adjust your treatment based on how your body changes. Not a preset script.

You can't be left guessing what's happening during your session

Full body massage is great when your time is intentional and explained. And being told "your back is tight" doesn't help anyone. You deserve to know exactly what walking in and walking out looks like.

Here's what you can expect every session:

You'll have a short, focused conversation before the session starts

We'll talk through what hurts, where it shows up, and what you want to improve BEFORE you get on the table.

You'll have a clear understanding of specific areas before they're worked on

You'll know WHAT is being addressed and WHY...no silent guessing.

You'll be asked for feedback during the session—not after

Pressure, discomfort, and response are checked and adjusted in real time.

Your session will spend time where it matters most

Your time is focused intentionally—whether that's full body work, targeted treatment, or a mix based on what's driving your goals for the session.

You'll leave knowing what changed and what to expect next

Before you go, you'll understand what we worked on, how your body responded, and what your next steps look like.

Is therapeutic massage right for my kind of pain?

If your pain is related to muscle tension, restricted movement, overuse, or compensatory patterns, therapeutic massage is often an appropriate and effective option. In some cases a diagnosis is helpful or necessary before your treatment can begin. Many people arrive with pain that's hard to pinpoint and that's common. Each session starts by assessing how your body is moving and responding, not by relying on guesswork or generic routines. If your pain falls outside what massage can safely address, that will be communicated clearly. You won't be pushed into treatment that isn't a good fit for you.

Will my therapeutic massage hurt me?

It should NOT feel overwhelming or uncontrolled. Some techniques may involve focusing pressure or temporary discomfort, especially in areas that are tight or restricted but you should NEVER feel forced to endure pain. Your comfort and response guide the session and you're encouraged to speak up at any point. Most clients describe the sensation as "intense but tolerable," not painful. The goal is to work within your limits so your body can release and respond. You should leave feeling worked, not hurt, and confident your session was both safe and purposeful.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on what's driving your pain and how your body responds to treatment. Some people notice meaningful improvement in just one or two sessions. Others benefit from a short series of visits to create lasting change. There's no required package or long-term commitment. Your first session is about understanding what's happening and how your body responds. From there, you'll have a clear recommendation and the choice to continue is always yours. Our goal is progress, not dependency.

What if something doesn't feel right during my session?

You're encouraged to speak up immediately. Your feedback is an essential part of the session whether it's about pressure, positioning, discomfort, or anything else. Adjustments are made in real time so the work stays both effective and comfortable for you. You're always in control. If something doesn't feel right, you don't need to explain or justify yourself. Your comfort and safety always come first.

Do I need to get completely undressed?

You only undress to your level of comfort and your boundaries are always respected. That said, in most cases, some clothing does need to be removed for your massage to be effective. Direct access to the muscles and tissues being treated allows for more precise, comfortable, and appropriate work. You'll always be properly draped and only the area being worked on is exposed at any time. If you prefer to stay partially clothed, that can be discussed and the session will be adjusted where possible. However, certain techniques and outcomes will be limited with clothing on and that will be explained so you can make an informed choice.

What should I wear or bring to my appointment?

You don't need to bring anything special except yourself! Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to change out of, and arrive a few minutes early if it's your first visit. If you're coming from work, that's fine—you will have privacy to get settled. If there's anything specific about your pain or movement you think is important feel free to mention it, but no preparation is required on your part. Everything needed for your sessions is provided. The focus is on making your visit straightforward and stress-free, so you can concentrate on feeling better, not logistics.

Is tipping required?

You deserve to feel better just like anyone else regardless of your financial situation. If you enjoy your session and want to leave a tip, it's greatly appreciated and supports my working income. Many clients do choose to tip, while others don't. The choice is 100% up to you.
